The conference will be held on the campus of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), located in the Gávea neighborhood, in the South Zone of the city. PUC-Rio is a renowned teaching and research institution with more than 80 years of history, encompassing undergraduate and graduate programs in economics, engineering, business, law, among other areas. The location is privileged in the city's south zone, with easy access and close to the famous Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon beaches, the lagoon, and the Imperial Botanical Garden. The entire south zone has ample public and private transportation service – including bus, subway, cabs, Uber and bicycle lanes. The campus of PUC-Rio is near Ipanema and only 5 kilometers from Copacabana, a neighborhood with a large supply of hotels and Airbnb accommodations.

The reception will take place on Sunday at 5pm on the campus of PUC-Rio at the Solar Grandjean de Montigny. The house was built in the 1820s by the architect Auguste Henri Victor Grandjean de Montigny. It is a neoclassical construction built on an elevated plateau and surrounded by exuberant vegetation. At the time of its construction, it overlooked the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and the sea.
The building was listed by the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Service in 1938 and has undergone several restorations to restore its original layout. It was transformed into the PUC-Rio Cultural Center in 1980 and into the University Museum in 2011, where cultural and academic events and exhibitions take place.
The Gala Dinner will take place at the Páreo restaurant, inside the Jockey Club Brasileiro in Lagoa, near the PUC-Rio Campus. The congress will provide direct transportation from PUC-Rio to the restaurant.
