Recommendations for Presentations in Concurrent and Poster Sessions

Concurrent Sessions:

We kindly ask presenting authors to arrive at session rooms 10 minutes before scheduled presentation time. Oral presentation will last a total of 15 minutes, including questions and discussion.

Please bring your presentation file in PowerPoint or PDF format in a USB drive and transfer the presentation before the session begins. You can also access a personal drive folder online before the presentation by using the computers in the session room.

An optional template for the presentation is available on the website: take a look! Note that the use of this template is optional and merely a suggestion.

Poster Session:

Posters for presentation at the conference should be brought by the presenter directly to the conference venue.
The poster sessions will be held on July 29th and 30th, from 12:30 to 14:00. Presenters should remain by their posters to present their work to interested attendees

The poster should preferably be 120x90 cm in size, in portrait or landscape format. There are no other format requirements. Presenting authors are free to organize the layout. An optional template for the poster presentation is available on the website: take a look!
