During COVID-19 pandemic, quarantine was a governmental measure adopted by many countries, an act that affected the lives of millions of individuals, including Brazilians. This article presents the results of a research that sought to describe the habit changes of the generational groups, considering their quality of life, especially in relation to leisure, sleep, eating and other activities, being they positive or negative. The results were obtained by an online survey that was carried out in June 2020 during the Brazilian COVID-19 pandemic and relied on 492 worker participants from different generations, half of whom reported life changes in relation to leisure activities caused by quarantine. About eating and sleep, it was possible to observe that there were variations in the perception of individuals, since many started to eat and sleep better, while others did not, causing an increase in weight. Also, it was possible to identify different perceptions of leisure, sleep and eating between generations, confirming some of the findings of other studies.
