EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA VERSUS POBREZA ENERGETICA MIRADAS DESDE LA ECONOMIA DE LOS HOGARES. ANALISIS DE LA REALIDAD EN CHILE.

  • Abstract
  • En 2021 el consumo  de energía de los edificios, representó el 30% del consumo energético a nivel mundial y el 27% de las emisiones totales del sector energético.(IEA, 2022) En Chile el sector residencial es responsable del 4,7 % de las emisiones de Gases de Efecto Invernadero (GHG) (Ministerio de Energía, 2017)

    Es en este punto que la presente investigación busca realizar un análisis de lo que ha pasado en Chile desde el 2000 en adelante, considerando el compromiso de Chile de alcanzar la neutralidad en emisiones de carbono en 2050 en el contexto del acuerdo de París (UNFCCC, 2015). Así mismo, se busca analizar la relevancia que significa el aporte financiero para los beneficiarios. Y por ultimo, como las actuales regulaciones a nivel nacional, permiten avanzar en un mejor habitar, permitiendo que las viviendas mejoren su eficiencia energética.
