  • Este artigo objetiva analisar os aspectos ambientais e regulatórios associados à implementação de sistemas de liquefação de gás natural em plataformas móveis de pequena escala localizados em alto mar, referidos como SSM-FNLG. A pesquisa tem como alicerce o estudo do impacto da aplicação do licenciamento ambiental no desenvolvimento do avanço tecnológico, considerando a viabilidade econômica e ambiental de sua implementação. Propomos gerar soluções que compatibilizem a tecnologia, a demanda e a legislação ambiental nacional.
