The uberization of work as a mode of capitalist accumulation and work organization constitutes a new space for the promotion and emergence of forms of subjectivity. This study aims to analyze the forms of subjectivity that would be promoting uberized work and the forms of subjectivity that would be emerging from these forms of work in the case of subjects that generate income through mobile platforms (apps) of transport and delivery in Cali, Colombia. For this, a qualitative approach research was carried out in which a semi-structured interview was applied to 24 participants and the information was analyzed through a Critical Discourse Analysis following the contributions of the Critical Studies of Management and the Social Studies of Work. The forms of subjectivity promoted by uberized work have freedom and autonomy as central elements and imply self-management of risk. The participants have incorporated the discourses of freedom and autonomy that coexist with a relationship of control and surveillance configured by the algorithm.
