RARE CASE REPORT OF CONGENITAL NEOPLASIA: CONJUNCTIVAL DERMOLIPOMA
Objective: report a case of a patient reporting bulbar conjunctiva injury on the left eye since birth with recent growth. Method: the information was obtained by interviewing the patient and a literature review. Final considerations: Dermolipoma is a rare and benign conjunctival neoplasm. It causes aesthetic discomfort and sometimes clinical symptoms such as itching, dry eye, eye movement pain. The resolutive treatment is the excision of the lesion, performed with caution in order to avoid complications due to trauma to the adjacent structures.
