This research purpose to identify the technological and social implications in the area of urban private transport with the inclusion of the new business model based on digital platforms. To this end, a systematic review of the literature was performed using the PRISMA method, selecting relevant articles that deal with the theme. Digital transport applications have generated numerous impacts on taxi service companies, due to this factor the interest of conducting this study to identify what implications these applications have brought to public transport companies in the last five years, taking into account that there are few studies that deal with this topic. The results indicate that the working conditions vary according to the place and the modality in which the drivers fit in, that no study has covered the digital platform 99 and that there is a scarcity of research and publications that address this theme, and more studies are needed to analyze this context. The main contributions on the central theme of the study pointed out that the organization and working conditions in these platforms are diversified, since they include variables such as: waiting time, return, location, availability, income, schedules, cost, modality of work, working hours, obligations, duties, demand, physical and mental issues. All these factors generate implications in employment relations and affect labor law, because this new business model has no regulation and is considered something new and that transforms the routines of workers and consumers.
