SIINTEC 2025: Innovation and the Quantum Revolution

The 11th edition of SIINTEC adopts the central theme “Quantum Technologies: The Information Revolution That Will Change the Future.” In an era of accelerating technological convergence, this edition highlights how quantum computing, quantum communication, and ultra-precise sensing are reshaping the frontiers of information, engineering, and sustainability.

The symposium’s program combines keynote lectures, technical sessions, workshops, and thematic panels, establishing a forum that bridges science, industry, and society through innovation grounded in ethics, creativity, and sustainability.

Complementing the main sessions, a series of satellite events enriched the program and deepened the dialogue between sectors:

7th SAE Brazil Symposium on Sustainable Mobility (Bahia Section)

2nd Forum for Innovation Culture and Creativity in the State of Bahia

1st W4I – Workshop on AI Applied to Industry

Industrial Economy Forum at the New Brazilian Industry (NIB)

These initiatives reinforced SIINTEC’s identity as a global hub for knowledge exchange, connecting science, industry, and society toward sustainable transformation.

Abstracts Published in JBTH

All abstracts will be included in this Journal of Bioengineering, Technologies and Health (the official scientific publication of SENAI CIMATEC University) in a Special Supplement, available at: https://www.jbth.com.br and  https://doity.com.br/anais/senaicimatec

The supplement reflects the Symposium’s scientific diversity and are organized according to its ten core thematic areas:

  • Advanced Materials, Additive Manufacturing and Sustainable Engineering
  • Digital Technologies and High-Performance Computing
  • Sustainable Energy, Storage, Environment and Decarbonization
  • Sustainable Mobility, Aerospace Technologies and Intelligent Transportation Systems
  • Health, Biotechnology and Health Technologies
  • Urban Infrastructure, Innovative Construction and Smart Cities
  • Automation, Robotics, Modeling and Computational Intelligence
  • Quantum Technologies, Quantum Computing and Secure Communication
  • Ocean Technologies, Marine Sustainability and Climate
  • Management, Entrepreneurship, Cultural and Creative Innovation

Each work represents a contribution to advancing scientific understanding and fostering innovative solutions that align with the Symposium’s central theme — “Quantum Technologies: The Information Revolution That Will Change the Future.”

A Record of Collaboration and Future-Building

The supplement of JBTH stands as a scientific record of creativity, rigor, and collaboration.
Each article demonstrates the shared mission of JBTH and SENAI CIMATEC University: to promote research that integrates science, technology, and innovation in pursuit of a more sustainable and intelligent future. By publishing this supplement, the Journal reaffirms its commitment to disseminating impactful research and strengthening the dialogue between academia, industry, and society.

Through these pages, we celebrate the conviction that innovation is the bridge between knowledge and the future — a future being built today through science, ethics, and imagination.
