In today's private English schools in Brazil, very little is invested in the development of teachers. Most of the schools adopt one single method and stick to it. Flexibility is seen as disorganization, teachers must only focus on teaching about the language and not teaching students how to learn the language.

We want to change all that. Our CBI/CLIL training has brought foreign insight to cope with the challenges that our language system imposes. We strongly believe that the lack of English proficiency in Brazil  is due to poor methods and inadequate teacher preparation.

Since private English schools are more like sales companies, their strategy is to instruct teachers to maintain or even enroll more students instead of giving them what is really important: Knowledge.

By changing this scenario, we will change the lives of many, teachers and learners!

Requirements for Candidates

Advanced to native speakers ONLY:
Abroad experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years in teaching.
Cambridge CAE to CPE or other equivalent certification preferred.
University Degree or presently studying.
