EDITAL: CONCURSO DE ACARÁ DISCO – 2018

Temos o orgulho de anunciar que o concurso de Acará Disco de 2018 será realizado no Brasil na cidade de Natal – Rio Grande do Norte durante a Feira Internacional de Aquarismo.

A participação e entrada de peixes na exposição/campeonato é aberta ao público mediante inscrição. A taxa de inscrição é de 50 reais com direito a participação com um aquário. A taxa de inscrição dá direito a participação e premiação. Para incluir nova entrada, a taxa de 50 reais por aquário será cobrada.

A comercialização de animais e equipamentos somente será permitida quando realizada através dos estandes oficiais da feira. A comercialização fora destes estandes acarretará na desclassificação do expositor.

As instruções para envio dos animais serão repassadas ao produtor mediante a confirmação da inscrição. Os custos do envio será de cada expositor.

Após realizar a inscrição, o expositor será cadastrado no grupo de expositores e receberá as fichas para identificação dos animais. Estas fichas deverão ser preenchidas e deverão acompanhar os peixes no momento da entrada na exposição, que deverá acontecer no dia 20/09/2018 de 09:00 às 14:00. As entradas serão recebidas no local pela equipe organizadora e já distribuídas de acordo com as classes deste edital.

Os peixes deverão ser entregues pessoalmente por seus criadores ou por algum representante presente no local. O envio dos peixes para o local do evento, bem como sua retirada é de total responsabilidade do criador, podendo este nomear alguém para fazê-lo, eximindo totalmente a organização de qualquer responsabilidade em relação aos peixes.

É de responsabilidade de cada expositor seguir as regulamentações vigentes de envio e transporte dos seus animais.

Entradas internacionais devem chegar ao Brasil por qualquer quarentenário registrado sob responsabilidade de cada expositor.

Não é permitida a retirada de qualquer peixe da exposição antes de 18:00 do dia 23/09. Todos os peixes precisam ser verificados pela organização antes da retirada da exposição.

Nenhuma planta ou decoração será permitida.

Haverá uma equipe de três médicos veterinários, dois engenheiros de aquicultura, um engenheiro de pesca, um zootecnista, três técnicos em aquicultura e dez estagiários de plantão para acompanhar a soltura, permanência e embalagem dos animais.

A equipe organizadora da Feira internacional de Aquarismo não assume qualquer responsabilidade financeira ou jurídica por lesões, enfermidades, morte ou perda de entradas na exposição. Ao entrar na exposição, o competidor aceita esta renúncia de responsabilidade.

Ao confirmar sua participação, o criador/expositor autoriza a divulgação de suas fotos e vídeos em materiais de divulgação da Feira e nos demais shows que vierem a acontecer.

Os peixes serão julgados com iluminação apropriada e igualmente distribuída.

O julgamento do concurso será de acordo com as seguintes regras:

Serão três classes: Selvagens, Híbridos de coloração sólida e Híbridos de coloração não sólida.

Em ambas as classes híbridas, será respeitado cada padrão (linhagem) de Discos e julgado conforme considerações abaixo.

1. SAÚDE (0 a 10 ) – Serão avaliados diversos sinais que possam mostrar a saúde e bem estar do animal.

2. FORMATO (0 a 10) - Formato arredondado, deformações e escore corporal serão avaliados.

3. COLORAÇÃO (0 A 10): A nota de 0 a 10 será de acordo com os padrões de coloração das diferentes linhagens, assim como a intensidade da cor.

4. ADAPTAÇÃO (0 A 10): Deverá ser observado como o animal interage e está adaptado ao ambiente da exposição.

Será atribuída nota de 0 a 10 para cada exemplar em cada um dos 4 quesitos.

Para a definição dos Best in shows, serão somados as notas de cada quesito. Os peixes que obtiverem maior pontuação em cada classe serão também premiados.

Serão disponibilizados inicialmente 24 aquários. As entradas serão julgadas em aquários de vidro, medindo 50cm x 30cm x 40cm. Todos os aquários da exposição serão fornecidos pela organização do evento com filtragem hang on.

DISCUS SHOW NOTICE – INTERNATIONAL AQUARIUM FAIR – NATAL-RN – BRAZIL - 2018

We are proud to announce that we will hold the 2018 Discus Contest from September 19th to September 23rd, 2018 in the International Aquarium Fair.

Participation and entry of fish into the exhibition / championship is free for UCAB members who are current with the annuity. Each member initially will have 10 display tanks available.

Participation and entry of fish into the exhibition / contest is open to the public upon registration. The registration fee is 25 reais with the right to participate with one tank. The registration fee entitles you to participation and awards. To add new entry, the fee of 25 reais per tank will be charged.

The marketing of animals and equipment will only be allowed when carried out through the official stands of the fair. Commercialization outside these stands will result in the disqualification of the exhibitor.

Pre-registration must be made between July 19, 2018 and August 19, 2018 through the website https://doity.com.br/expositoresfeirainternacionaldeaquarismo/inscricaoThe instructions for sending the animals will be given to the participant upon confirmation of the registrlation.

After registration, the exhibitor will be registered in the group of exhibitors and will receive the identification cards for the animals. These cards must be completed and must go along the fish at the moment of entry into the exhibition, which should happen on Sep/20/2018 from 09:00 to 14:00. Entries will be received on site by the organizing team and already distributed according to the classes of this announcement.

The fish should be delivered personally by their breeders or by a representative present on the local. The shipment of the fish to the place of the event, as well as its withdrawal is the total responsibility of the breeder, who may indicate someone to do so, totally exempting the organization from any responsibility regarding the fish.

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to follow the current regulations on shipping and transporting their animals.

It is not allowed to remove any fish from the exhibition before 18:00 on September 23rd.. All fish need to be checked by the organization before withdrawal of exposure.

No plant or decoration will be allowed.

There will be a team of three veterinarians, two aquaculture engineers, one fishing engineer, one zootechnician, three aquaculture technicians and ten trainees on duty to monitor the release, permanence and packaging of the animals.

The organizing team of the International Aquarium Fair does not assume any financial or legal liability for injuries, illnesses, death or loss of entries in the exhibition. Upon entering the exhibition, the competitor accepts this disclaimer.

By confirming your participation, the breeder / exhibitor authorizes the disclosure of his / her photos and videos in publicity materials of the Fair and in other shows that may happen.

The fish will be judged with appropriate lighting and equally distributed.

The contest will be judged according to the following rules:

There will be three classes: Wild, Solid color Hybrids and Non solid color Hybrids.

In both hybrid classes, each pattern (lineage) of Discus will be respected and judged according to the considerations below.

1. HEALTH (0 to 10) - Various signs that can show the health and wellfare of the animal will be evaluated.

2. FORMAT (0 to 10) - Round shape, deformations and body score will be evaluated.

3. COLOR (0 to 10): The mark from 0 to 10 will be according to the staining patterns of the different lineages, as well as the color intensity.

4. ADAPTATION (0 to 10): It should be observed how the animal interacts and is adapted to the exposure environment.

A grade of 0 to 10 will be assigned for each fish in each of the 4 questions above.

For the definition of Best in shows, the notes of each item will be added. The three fish that get the highest score will be judged and the jury body will define the prize order.

In each class, the highest scoring fish will be awarded.

24 tanks will be initially available. The entrances will be judged in glass tanks, measuring 50cm x 30cm x 40cm. All exhibition tanks will be provided by the event organization with hang on filtration.
