• Check all guidelines abaixo in "regulation";
• The presenting author, who does not have to be the first author, must be registered for Oncology 2025;
• The poster must be written in English, but presentations may be given in Portuguese;
• Poster file:
  • Size: 52.9 cm wide × 93.0 cm tall (portrait, 9 : 16);
  • Format: JPEG made in Microsoft PowerPoint (Windows);
  • File name: AbstractIdNumber_TITLEOFPOSTER.jpg;
  • Check the image quality of your figures and text in final JPEG archive.
• Important dates
  • Upload deadline: 22 May 2025, 23:59 (GMT-3).
  • Programme e-mail: you will get your screen number and schedule on 23 May 2025.
  • Poster sessions: 24 - 25 May 2025.
  • Presentation on-site: Speak 3 minutes about your poster, then answer questions for 2 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Use the “Add Co-author” field only if the first author will not be the presenting author.
