Prepare your abstract in a Microsoft Word document and attach in the correspondent area.
The abstract must be in English.
The abstract (including title, authors, affiliation, and financial support information) should not exceed 3500 characters (including spaces).
Capitalize only the initial letter in the abstract title.
Use standard abbreviations for units of measure.
The text should be divided into Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Financial Support and keywords (at least 3) should be included at the end of the abstract.
The abstract should NOT have a list of references. If a reference needs to be mentioned, it should be quoted in the text as follows: first author’s last name, journal name in abbreviated form, year of publication, volume, initial page.
Important: When applicable, approval by Human or Animal Research Ethical Committee must be indicated. The absence of such information will not allow the abstract submission to be completed. In case of any doubt, contact Workshop on Inflammation secretariat (info@workshoponinflammation.org)
Online abstract submission
Abstracts should be submitted electronically from August 30th to September 17th , 2021 (11:59 PM BRT).
Only one abstract per registration will be accepted.
By default, all approved abstracts will be displayed on the workshop website.
The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to select few abstracts for oral presentations. First authors of selected abstracts will be contacted for confirmation of oral presentation.
Only first authors will deliver the oral communication.
Indicate during online abstract submission your position (undergraduate, master, doctoral or post-doc degree).
