NORMAS PARA SUBMISSÃO DE RESUMO

OS RESUMOS DEVEM SER SUBMETIDOS ATÉ 21/01/2019 

1) A submissão dos resumos só é possível mediante inscrição e confirmação do pagamento. 

2) O autor apresentador do trabalho deverá estar inscrito no 2nd International Meeting on Oncology Research. 

3) Um autor pode submeter e apresentar até dois trabalhos, podendo também ser co-autor de outros. 

4) Poderão ser aceitos apenas resumos de trabalhos não publicados. 

5) Não serão aceitas descrições de projetos, intenções de trabalho ou trabalhos já publicados. 

6) O resumo do trabalho deve ser enviado SOMENTE via eletrônica no website do evento.

7) O resumo deverá ser obrigatoriamente escrito em Inglês (a apresentação poderá ser em Português). 

8) O resumo inscrito será analisado pela Comissão Científica do evento e o resultado será encaminhado para o e-mail do autor. 

9) O resumo deverá conter entre 250 e 350 palavras. 

10) O resumo deve constar introdução, objetivos, metodologia, resultados e conclusões. Esses tópicos não devem ser separados, mas escritos em um parágrafo único. A avaliação abrange os seguintes critérios: 

a. Objetivos relevantes claramente definidos; 

b. Metodologia adequada; 

c. Resultados apresentados com clareza; 

d. Conclusões pertinentes.

11) A qualidade do texto (gramática, ortografia e digitação) é de responsabilidade do autor e será considerada como critério de avaliação pela Comissão Científica. 

12) Após o dia 21 de janeiro de 2019, os formulários de submissão dos resumos estarão indisponíveis. 

13) Os trabalhos selecionados devem ser expostos na Sessão de Posters, durante o evento. Cada pôster deverá ser um painel de dimensões 120cm x 80cm. A formatação do trabalho, assim como fonte do título e texto, é de responsabilidade do autor. 

14) Será emitido apenas um certificado para cada resumo aceito e apresentado. Nele constará o título do trabalho, o nome do autor e de todos os co-autores de acordo com o submetido no sistema. 

15) O pôster deverá vir acompanhado de cordão para fixação e/ou fita adesiva. 

16) Após a avaliação dos pôsteres, o melhor trabalho será selecionado para premiação, que acontecerá na cerimônia de encerramento do evento.

a. A premiação terá duas categorias: Graduação e Pós-Graduação/Profissional, de acordo com o autor que submeteu o resumo;

b. Se nenhum autor registrado no evento estiver presente no encerramento para receber o prêmio do ganhador, este será concedido ao próximo colocado presente.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

ABSTRACTS MUST BE SUBMITTED UNTIL 01/15/2019

1) Submission of abstracts is only possible upon registration and confirmation of payment.

2) The presenting author of the abstract must be registered in the 2nd International Meeting on Oncology Research.

3) An author may submit and present up to two abstracts, and may also be co-author of other abstracts.

4) Only abstracts of unpublished study can be accepted.

5) Descriptions of projects, intention of work or studies already published will not be accepted.

6) The abstracts should ONLY be sent electronically at the event’s website.

7) The abstract must be written in English (the presentation may be in Portuguese).

8) The abstract will be analyzed by the Scientific Committee of the event and the result will be sent to the author's e-mail.

9) The abstract should contain between 250 and 350 words.

10) The abstract should include introduction, objectives, methodology, results and conclusions. These topics must not be separated, but written in a single paragraph. The evaluation covers the following criteria: 

a. Relevant and clearly defined objectives;

b. Appropriate methodology;

c. Clearly presented results;

d. Relevant conclusions.

11) The quality of the text (grammar, spelling and typing) is responsibility of the authors and will be considered as an evaluation criterion by the Scientific Committee.

12) After January 21st, 2019 the abstract's submission forms will be unavailable.

13) The works should be exhibited at the Poster Session, during the event. Each poster must have a panel of dimensions 120cm x 80cm. The formatting of the work, as well as the font of the title and text is the responsibility of the author.

14) Only one certificate will be issued for each accepted and presented abstract. It will contain the title of the work, the name of the author and all the co-authors according to the submitted in the system.

15) The poster should be accompanied by a lanyard and/or an adhesive tape for fixation.

16) After evaluation of the abstracts, the most outstanding work will be selected for an award, which will take place at the closing ceremony of the event:

a. The award will have two cathegories: Undergraduate and Graduate/Professional, according to the author that submitted the abstract; 

b. If no registered author is present at the closing to receive the prize of the winner, it will be awarded to the next one present.
