For registration through a purchase order, please issue the official Purchase Order/Commitment Letter and send it to financeiro@sbgc.org.br along with the participant’s information. Once validated, a registration access code will be provided.
Registration must be completed by the contracting organization after receiving the code. Payment must be made within 30 days after the event.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Up to 60 days before the event: refund with retention of 50% of the amount paid.
- Up to 30 days before the event: no refund; the amount will be converted into credit for another SBGC event or transferred to another participant for KM Brasil 2026.
