REQUIRED STATEMENTS

- The deadline statements for sending will be 5 working days after registration in the online system.

- Graduation students must prove their status by means of an updated official document from the University they are studying at (valid only for graduation courses).

 

 

DEADLINES

Online registration will only be accepted up to November 24, 2023, if made through the official system. After this date, registration can be made at the congress venue, if there are available seats.

 

The registration will only be effective after confirmation of payment . We recommend special attention when filling out or confirming the registration form with your personal data, as it will also be used for the participation badges and certificates.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Cancellation can be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of the registration request, as long as the event has not started yet and the participant has not accessed the conference.

Registration fees will only be refunded upon written request justifying the cancellation, sent to the Executive Secretariat, after evaluation by the Organizing Committee.

 

- Up to 07/31/2023 - 75% refund

- Up to 09/30/2023 - 50% refund

- Up to 10/31/2023 - 25% refund

- After 11/24/2023 - no refund (except in case of withdrawal within 7 days of registration), registration can be transferred to a colleague in the same category.

 

The refund will be deposited within 30 days after the formal request.

For cancellation and transfers, please send an e-mail to secretaria@malulosso.com.br with your registration data.

If the Congress is postponed due to any force majeure reason and/or determination of the State Government due to the COVID-19 or any other pandemics, the amount paid will be credited to the new date of the event to be announced. Should the participant wish the refund, the cancellation policy will be applied.

 

 

RDC RESOLUTION 102/00 - ANVISA

As per Brazilian health authorities determination, all professionals not qualified to prescribe and dispense medication will participate in the conference wearing a badge with a"NON-PRESCRIBER" label and they are not admitted to satellite symposia.

 

 

CONFERENCE PARTICIPANT MATERIAL (BAGDE AND CASE)

Can only be picked up upon presentation of an official document with photo (ID card, driver's license, passport, etc.).
